John McGraw

John is an Attorney with Jacobs Law. John’s practice includes estate planning, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and formation and governance of business entities. John earned a BBA with Honors in accounting from Georgia State University and a J.D. and MBA from Mercer University, also with Honors. While in Law School, John worked with the bankruptcy division of the Department of Justice, where he oversaw numerous bankruptcy proceedings. John also received certification for excellence in writing while in law school. 

John spent most of his childhood in Sharpsburg, GA. However, he has also lived in Salt Lake City, Utah, Cumming, GA, and Macon, GA before moving to Atlanta after finishing law school. In his free time, John enjoys exercising, traveling, listening to his favorite music, playing tennis, and spending time with his friends and three sisters.
