Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities for individuals, families, and businesses.
- Draft legal documents, including business contracts and estate planning documents.
- Manage complex transactions, business successions, and family business structures.
- Mentor and supervise junior attorneys, fostering technical growth within the team.
- Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionals on integrated planning strategies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in estate planning and business law, with a strong focus on tax planning.
- Admission to the Georgia or Florida Bar.
- LL.M. in Taxation or CPA designation is strongly preferred.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships and complex matters.
