We are a boutique estate planning law firm dedicated to helping individuals and families create peace of mind and clarity through proactive legal planning. We are committed to using clear communication and efficient systems to deliver top-tier legal services. We utilize modern tools, including Mac computers and Clio case management software, to work efficiently and provide a seamless, high-touch client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare letters, standardized forms, and administrative correspondence
  • Communicate with clients regarding case status and information requests
  • Manage attorney calendars and client scheduling
  • Organize and maintain confidential client files using Clio, Box, and physical systems.
  • Handle professional communication with clients, courts, and third parties
  • Track deadlines and follow up on open items to ensure case progress
  • Assist in document signing meetings and ensure proper execution and notarization
  • Support attorneys with light legal research and general administrative tasks
  • Provide support with special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior legal or administrative experience preferred, especially in estate planning, probate, or corporate law.
  • Proficiency with Mac systems; experience with Clio or similar legal software is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset
  • Professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to client confidentiality
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and workflows accurately
  • Customer service mindset with a calm, confident demeanor
